a hello and a goodbye.

hello hello how do you do? this is perhaps my last post on this little blog of mine (forever adoring of adjectives describing the smallness of this space), but I couldn't leave without sharing some exciting (and long awaited for — as anyone who's been following me on twitter can attest to— news). i'm overwhelmed and excited and intoxicatingly happy to say i've been accepted to seattle pacific university! i'll be moving to seattle this fall. this seems like a nice way to say goodbye here once and for all. a bittersweet (but mostly sweet) end to this chapter of childhood. moving from minnesota to washington. beginning my adult years on the coast. fitting. okay, i'll stop before i get too sappy. thank you all for listening to me ramble for all these years and encouraging me to keep at it. you are some of the greatest folks. just wanted to let you all know. xoxo

  9. Congratulations, sweet girl! I am so happy and excited for you. I had a sense this would happen when you visited Seattle back a couple months ago. Some places are new + wonderful + we know they are home too after only one visit. As a junior in college, I can honestly say I think you will love every moment. Best of luck, Hannah-girl. <3

  11. oh and now i am sad. do not get me wrong. i understand this and respect your decision. i wish you all the best.
i have been a reader for a while now, and i have to say that i almost feel as though i know you. i sometimes feel like a stalker, but that is because many times i have not commented on your work because i have had no words to try to tell you how wonderful it is. so i am telling you now. i'm sure you have been told many times before and will be told many times after this, but just take it from another person that you have never seen before but yet impacted so greatly.
    God bless.

  12. Go for it, girl! I'm super excited for what adventures our Heavenly Father has planned for you, though I shall miss your excellent writing/work. Keep pressing on! I'm sure Washington is pretty excited to have such a beautifully creative addition. ;) And, yes, to echo others' thoughts, I definitely look forward to reading your book/s, if you decide to write one someday. :) Blessings as you begin this journey!
