last fall on film.

I never shared my photos from my first few rolls. Shooting film feels like coming home.

  1. Dang. I can't believe how much this feels like coming home to me, and I've never been in these places or met these people or heard these things. Maybe it's because fall looks very warm to me right now, but these are beautiful Hannah! These feel more honest then anything I've seen of yours. Honest, and full of love and joy (love the one of your brothers, dad, and Grace on the couch.). You have mad skills in making the seemingly mundane appear beautiful. Don't stop.

  2. Do you find that you prefer using film? I have never tried film before but I am thinking of eventually getting into it. These are simply gorgeous!

  13. The one of your family on the couch made me stop slow-scrolling and just stare. Also, that first photo has such depth I almost thought it was in 3D.

You've gotten so good at capturing the everyday and making it into something extraordinary, H. Don't ever stop.
